BLOCK’s largest and most prestigious project so far. A sales pitch turned flagship B+R facility that offers safe and convenient parking for thousands of cyclists every week.

Köki shopping mall is the most unique of its kind as it is located at the border of the 10th and 19th disctricts with the M3 metro terminating here and having a public transport bus garage right below the mall.

This makes it an ideal hub for micromobility – especially cycling – activity. Residents of both disctricts arrive here on two wheels and can leave their rides as they switch to public transport (either the metro or the buses).

This is the definition of B+R so we didn’t spare effort to make it into an exemplary, high added value investment for the client.

The facility is fully enclosed by decorated walls and can be accessed by downloading the Köki App then scanning a barcode at the entrance, after which an automated door opens for the user.

Inside, there’s enough space for 51 bicycles to park (24 Novel stands + 3 P2 docks). A Service column, two large benches, dressing rooms, storage lockers, a washbasin and hand dryer serves the users.
