Frequently asked questions

At the same time, a maximum of 2 vehicles (either bicycles and/or kickscooters) can be parket at a P-Stand, one on each side.

In case of two bicycles, one must be parked 180° rotated relative to the other so that the handlebars oppose each other and don’t tangle.

Kickscooters might get away in the same orientation, but the same opposing placement is highly recommended for user convenience.

Any flat, solid, homogenous load bearing surface – like asphalt, concrete, paving stone – will be sufficient.

In case of paving stones, a somewhat larger base plate is used to account for the gaps between the stones.

Although BLOCK offers full fledged installation and commissioning services, you may install your P-Stands by yourself if you have the right tools.

In this case, appropriate anchor bolts will be provided with the shipment.

Based on how much space is available at the location, usually 900 – 1100 mm is kept between two P-Stand, making parking hassle free.

Yes, if perpendicular placement is not the desired outcome, then P-Stands can be rotated by a maximum of 35° in either direction.
