K1 is best suited in dense, often high-rise urban envrionments where residents don’t necessarily have an option – or simply enough space – to store their bicycles. K1 offers dedicated, street level long-term storage, usually placed among car parking spaces.
Modular
Available in horizontally extensible units. No minimum order, even households can benefit from just one K1 container. Each unit is self-contained and is configured to offer dedicated parking/storage spaces for up to 2 bicycles at a time.
Convenient
By popular request, the K1 is a fully enclosed, non see-through unit that grants privacy for one’s beloved bicycle(s). The ergonomical handle offers easy opening of the door and there’s plenty of space inside.
Prominent
From 3.3 to 5.6 m2 of advertising area, depending on wether the horizontally stacked configuration or a standalone unit is considered. The most conspicuous area is the door, use it to display your brand, your mission or your passion. Ideal for local art projects too!
2 different modes of operation
Manual
The most popular option – highly relevant in most environments. Each box user receives a key which they have to place in a lock (keyhole) and turn it. No electricity is involved.
Digital
RFID/NFC card, PIN, or APP. Common denominator is they all require additional electric components and software implementation (user identification). Recommended for places where a box often gets a new user.
