Within certain BLOCK brand-related bundaries, we will gladly customize your B+R facility to match your city’s coat of arms or adapt to any other image requirement.
Bland and unforgettable isn’t what we are for. A nice, wel designed and ergnomic space is an integral part of the user experience.
Amenities
We have implemented in our previous B+R facilities storage lockers, e-ride chargers, drinking fountains with hand dryers, M6 service columns, benches, dressing rooms, artificial grass carpets, custom signage…
LED lighting is usually the most requested amenity but whatever you imagine, we can surely make it happen.
3 different modes of operation
Public access
No gates, no identification. Users from the public just walk in and park. CCTV and bright LED lighting are two low-cost safety measures that usually pair well with an open (public) access B+R facility.
Digital
RFID/NFC card, PIN, or APP. Common denominator is they all require additional electric components and software implementation (user identification). Recommended for places where only certain groups of people are granted access.
Manual
The least popular option – but still relevant in some environments. A previously agreed upon number of individuals receive a key which they have to place in a lock (keyhole) and turn it. No electricity is involved.
