BLOCK’s customer service is technical troubleshooting related and as such, any P80 user can call the hotline or message the support email with such questions.

Any flat, solid, homogenous load bearing surface – like asphalt, concrete, paving stone – will be sufficient.

In case of paving stones, a somewhat larger base plate is used to account for the gaps between the stones.

Although BLOCK offers full fledged installation and commissioning services, you may install your P80 Bollard by yourself if you have the right tools.

In this case, appropriate anchor bolts will be provided with the shipment.
